Job summary

Mercy in Fort Smith is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a full-time rehabilitation team dedicated to patient-centered care. You will organize and conduct medically prescribed programs, operate within the State Practice Act, and respond to emergencies as needed to support overall patient outcomes.

The role requires graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program, licensure or eligibility in the hiring state, and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Licensure: Current occupational therapy license or eligibility within the hiring state.
• Certifications: Current BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Other: Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred Certifications: National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy.
