Job summary

Arbor Acres UMRC in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. The OT will screen, assess, re-evaluate, and modify care plans under physician supervision, delivering compassionate, resident-focused therapy.

Qualified candidates hold a degree in OT and current state licensure, with strong organization and communication skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible direct applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
• Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure.

Responsibilities

• The Occupational Therapist shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician.
