Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Nutrition Services team member at Farmington Hills Hospital to support patient meal service. The role involves answering calls, assembling trays, sanitizing and delivering meals, and stocking supplies.

No experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided to grow within the role. The position is full-time with rotating shifts, offering opportunities for skill development in a collaborative hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains serving lines including dishes, silverware, hot and cold food items, condiments.
• Assembles cold food items such as salads, desserts and nourishments and ensures proper storage and dating.
• Serves food, replenishes items, and cleans food stations after use.
• Operates cash register and handles cash payments with accuracy.
• Counts and balances cash, deposits receipts as required.
• Performs routine cleaning of pots, pans, utensils and equipment.
