The Nursing Faculty is a full-time faculty member in the EleanorWade Custer School of Nursing. The successful applicant willcontribute to the University's and the School of Nursing's Missionand Vision.

This 9-month full-time appointment involves teaching, service andscholarship responsibilities in the School of Nursing, specificallyteaching nursing courses, campus learning labs, and clinicalrotations.

The Eleanor Wade Custer School of Nursing aims to empower lifelonglearners who provide evidence-based compassionate care to promotewellness for all. The Eleanor Wade Custer School of Nursing isapproved by the Virginia Board of Nursing and accredited by theCommission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). TheNurse-Midwifery program is accredited by the AccreditationCommission for Midwifery Education (ACME). Shenandoah University isaccredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools(SACS).

The School of Nursing offers baccalaureate (4-year traditional,transfer, and accelerated second degree options), Masters (FamilyNurse Practitioner (FNP), Psychiatric Mental Health NursePractitioner (PMHNP) and Nurse Midwifery (NM), Post GraduateCertificates (FNP, PMHNP, NM), and Doctorate of Nurse Practice(DNP) programs. The School of Nursing has two physical locations:Winchester Main Campus and Loudoun, and Graduate programs areoffered online with onsite campus immersions.
