The Eleanor Wade Custer School of Nursing is approved by theVirginia Board of Nursing and accredited by the Commission onCollegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). Shenandoah University isaccredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools(SACS). The School of Nursing offers baccalaureate (4 yeartraditional, transfer, and accelerated second-degree options),Master’s (Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Psychiatric MentalHealth Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), and Nurse- Midwifery (NM), PostGraduate Certificates (FNP, PMHNP, NM), and Doctor of NursingPractice programs. The School of Nursing has two physicallocations: Winchester Main Campus and Loudoun, and Graduateprograms are offered online with onsite campus immersions.
