Job summary

Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our primary care facility in Hialeah, Florida, where you will be part of a vibrant medical team. The clinic operates Monday to Friday, with a standard workweek of 40 hours, concluding at 5:00 pm. Our modern facility is equipped with the latest medical technology and resources, providing you with the tools necessary to offer exemplary care. You will engage with a diverse patient population, ensuring access to comprehensive healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients and assess their medical histories.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic lab tests including blood work, X-rays, and more to formulate accurate diagnoses.
  • Diagnose acute and chronic illnesses, developing tailored treatment plans for each patient.
  • Prescribe medications and manage pharmaceutical therapies while monitoring effectiveness and patient safety.
  • Maintain meticulous patient records and adhere to health regulations, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and prevention strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to create an integrated approach to patient care.
  • Engage in professional development activities to advance clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Support chronic disease management and preventive care initiatives in the community.
  • Conduct follow-up consultations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The Nurse Practitioner position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 130,000 to 150,000, commensurate with experience.
