Applicants should have RRT certification with an associated educational background (vocational or AS degree) and be prepared to meet ACLS/BLS/PALS requirements within 30 days of start.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• Neonate Resuscitation within 30 days of start date.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 30 days of start date.
• (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
• Vocational School Graduate or Associate Degree

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision initiates, assesses and evaluates all forms of respiratory therapy including bronchodilators, chest physical therapy, oxygen therapy and ventilator care.
• Exercises technical knowledge in respiratory anatomy, physiology and pathology as well as the design and operations of respiratory therapy equipment.
