Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted per laws.
• Allied Universal may consider applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, reporting unusual conditions to site personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow established protocols with site contacts or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate patrol and incident reports in accordance with site requirements.
