Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to collaborate with healthcare professionals in treating patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. You will monitor patients, administer medications, keep records, and educate patients, while working with the healthcare team to optimize care outcomes.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, documenting changes, and contributing to care plans. A BSN is preferred and ACLS certification is a plus; state RN licensure and BLS are

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
BLS certification.
ASNs must complete BSN within five years of start date.
ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintains accurate health care records and reports.
Administers medications and monitors for side effects.
Prescribes assistive devices and related treatments.
Monitors and records patient symptoms and vital signs.
Evaluates nursing care plans with the care team.
Performs related duties as assigned.
