Job summary

You will support licensed staff in delivering care to adults with psychiatric diagnoses during 12.5-hour night shifts (7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.), with some weekends/holidays required.

The role emphasizes compassionate teamwork, patient safety, CPR knowledge, and basic computer/navigation skills to document care and coordinate

Qualifications

• HS required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic computer navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed healthcare providers in delivering patient care to adults with primary psychiatric diagnoses.
• Provide age-appropriate treatment services and assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform vital signs and documentation; lead group activities when required.
• Escort patients to activities and supervise during treatments to maintain a safe environment.
