Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and daily chores.
• Maintain medication room operations and records.
• Coordinate with pharmacies for orders and refills.
• Report medication errors and changes in resident condition.
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, residents, and families.
• Support residents' dignity, independence and choice.
