You will help safeguard clients across industries by conducting screening, monitoring access points, and responding to incidents with professionalism.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years of age for unarmed positions, and a background check plus drug screening where

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency responses.
• Screen shipments, packages, freight, and personal belongings per procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations for appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter.
