Responsibilities

• Set up lines and coach operators to align packaging lines with machine centerlines.
• Support centerline improvements and troubleshooting processes.
• Assist Process Engineer with product development when needed.
• Support department needs with Manager/Supervisor guidance.
• Identify issues and report to supervisors for resolution.
• Monitor product quality and paperwork to ensure standards are met.
• Record metal, weight, seals, and lot code checks.
• Ensure cleans are verified and quality documents are completed.
