Job summary

Good Samaritan in Pine River, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift to provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.

The role includes potential charge nurse duties, delegating to licensed and unlicensed staff, ensuring safe medication administration, resident education, and adherence to the Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state or multistate licensure.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, family and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
