Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of NAI program and listed NA I in nurse aide registry required.
• Medication Safety - AME required.
• Advanced training in restrictive interventions within 3 months of hire (facility-specific) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Support patients with meals and hydration as directed by nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs; monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of patient rooms and assist with transfers and mobility.
