Now Hiring: Night Auditor

Shifts are 11pm - 7am

We are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy serving others. As a front desk Night Auditor, you will be at the hub of the hotel, interacting with guests and handling responsibilities independently during the night shift. Your role is crucial in closing out the day's business, checking in and out guests during non-traditional hours, and ensuring guest safety through monitoring activities and weather conditions.

Responsibilities include:

1. Processing credit card transactions and handling restaurant, events, and lounge payments.
2. Managing phone systems, reservations, and guest inquiries.
3. Performing housekeeping duties as needed.
4. Verifying, balancing, and reviewing hotel room availability.
5. Checking in and out guests, and preparing folios for departing guests.
6. Administering guest payment policies and reviewing errors from day shifts.
7. Maintaining lobby appearance and assisting with breakfast setup if needed.
8. Knowing all hotel emergency procedures.
