A leading hospitality company is seeking a Full-Time Night Auditor to join our Front Office team. This role involves managing daily financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial records. Ideal candidates will have 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Marriott brand. The company offers competitive wages, benefits, and a sign-on bonus upon completion of employment terms.
We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Front Office team as a Full Time Night Auditor.
Must have previous experience as a night auditor. Marriott experience is preferred.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Here’s what you’ll be doing on a daily basis:
You’ll prepare the daily Restaurant Revenue Report by meticulously auditing Point of Service tapes and journals.
Run detailed audit reports and journals from the front office system and Point of Service. You’ll ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and balanced.
Handle any computer problems that arise during your shift. You’ll also make necessary corrections and adjustments to maintain system integrity.
Input revenue, expenses, and allowances into the front office system to generate essential daily reports, including the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant Summary.
At the end of each day, you’ll balance all revenue and settlement accounts to ensure accuracy. Maintain organized files and reset systems to prepare for the next day’s operations.
Must be available to work regularly as per the attendance rules and be ready to take on additional job-related tasks as needed.
