• Participate in a call rotation (~1:4) and provide 24/7 in-house support.

A spine-focused Neurosurgeon is sought to join a high-volume center, providing complex spine care alongside experienced surgeons within a supportive infrastructure equipped with advanced technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform primarily spine surgeries (~90%), handling complex cases in a high-volume setting
• Participate in a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model including surgical, interventional, and medication-based pain management
• Support from RNFAs (first assist) and a strong APC team
• Utilize advanced technology such as Stealth navigation and Globus robotic systems
• Engage in a call rotation (~1:4) and contribute to comprehensive patient care with 24/7 in-house trauma, intensivist, and hospitalist support

Compensation & Benefits:

Offers an annual salary between $815,160 and $1,083,616, with sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance, loan repayment options, and potential CME benefits.
