Job summary

Proforma Health is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurologist to join an outpatient practice supporting comprehensive neurological care and long-term patient relationships. Responsibilities include managing an efficient outpatient clinic, providing inpatient consultations, and participating in a shared call rotation every 6 weeks, with access to a supportive team and medical staff.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Medical license and DEA registration eligibility.
• Experience or interest in diverse neurological disorders.

Responsibilities

• Managing an efficient outpatient clinic.
• Providing inpatient consultations.
• Participating in a shared, predictable call rotation every 6 weeks.
• Conducting neurological exams to diagnose and treat conditions such as balance disorders, dementia, migraines, MS, Parkinson's, neuropathy, and stroke.
• Supporting a team of physicians, a physician assistant, and an APP with access to medical assistant support.
