Job summary

Home Work Staffing is seeking a full-time nanny to care for three children, including a 6-month-old, in Laguna Beach, CA. The role requires extensive infant/toddler experience and CPR/First Aid certification. Monday–Friday, 12–8pm, with occasional early mornings and travel within the U.S.

Private live-in accommodations are available if desired. Compensation ranges from $30 to $38 per hour depending on experience, with benefits including paid time off, sick/personal days, and major holidays.

Qualifications

• Extensive infant and toddler care experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S.
• U.S. work authorization.
• 3–5 professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time care primarily for the 2- and 6-year-old boys.
• Assist occasionally with newborn care.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities.
• Manage children’s routines, meals, and personal care.
• Collaborate with other household staff to ensure seamless care.
