Home Work Staffing is seeking a warm, engaged part-time nanny for an 18-month-old child in Cape May Court House, NJ. The role is sole charge, three days per week, with a fixed schedule on Tue, Wed, Thu, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, and guaranteed 24 hours per week.

The family offers $30 per hour, one week of paid vacation, two paid sick days, three paid holidays, and potential long-term growth with the family. CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Prior professional experience caring for infants and toddlers.
• Background or strong interest in early childhood education or child development.
• Valid driver's license.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Must provide 3–5 professional references.

Responsibilities

• Full charge care of an 18-month-old, including feeding, naps, diapering, and routines.
• Age-appropriate play, activities, and developmental engagement.
• Prepare meals and snacks for the child.
• Child-related laundry and tidying.
• Organize and maintain play spaces and child areas.
• Light household duties related to the child; supervise the child outdoors in fenced yard.

Responsibilities

• Full charge care of an 18-month-old, including feeding, naps, diapering, and daily routines
• Age-appropriate play, activities, and developmental engagement
• Preparing the child's meals and snacks
• Child-related laundry and tidying
• Organizing and maintaining the playroom and child's spaces
• Light household duties directly related to the child
• Letting the family dog out into the fenced backyard as needed
