Village Staffing is helping a warm Upper East Side family find an exceptional full-time nanny to care for their two daughters, ages 5 and 3. The role requires a proactive, experienced professional who loves child development and creating meaningful daily experiences.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 11 AM – 7 PM, with 45‑50 hours guaranteed per week. Compensation is $35–$40 per hour based on experience, with July and August in the Hamptons; a valid driver’s license and strong boundaries are expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for two young children

This is a long-term role for a hands‑on nanny who enjoys imaginative play, educational activities, and helping children build confidence, independence, and strong social‑emotional skills.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

Additional Details

• Family spends July and August in the Hamptons; nanny will work there during this time
• No additional travel required
• Weekends are generally off, maintaining a consistent weekday schedule
