Position: Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.

• Represent Mondelēz to in-store employees and work with sales reps to enhance product visibility and promotional displays.

• Conduct in-store visits, capture pictures of displays, and ensure product availability using an iPad.

• Maintain leading brands' presence according to company guidelines.

• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.

• Adhere to daily schedules for efficient store service.

• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

• Represent Mondelēz positively and professionally in stores.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 18 years old, valid ID, auto insurance, and ability to access a military base if needed.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.

• Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and over 50 lbs occasionally.

• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25-35 miles of Aliso Viejo, CA, with availability on weekends and holidays.
