Mondelēz International in Weslaco, TX is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store, stocking shelves and building displays for maximum visibility.

This role requires driving to stores, delivering excellent customer service, and using an iPad to place orders and Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions. Monday–Friday with weekend needs; great benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with REAL ID or US passport/federal ID to access certain sites.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage is reimbursed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, with occasional heavier lifting.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Weslaco, TX; secondary location Edinburg, TX.
• Schedule typically Monday–Friday with weekend requirements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Mondelēz in stores and deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily to execute displays and capture photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Place product orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan compliance with RTM agreements.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store insights or opportunities to RTM and management; maintain safety.

A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchant, you'll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the company , delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales , new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
• Stay Safe & Compliant , embracing the physical nature of the role - including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license (issued by the state in which the person resides), U.S. passport, or federal ID. This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store's shelves.

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 based on relevant experience
