Job summary

Mondelēz International in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to perform in-store execution, stocking, displays, and relationship-building for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You’ll drive store visits, capture photos, and ensure products are in stock.

You’ll place orders via iPad using Salesforce, support promotions, and collaborate with store teams while adhering to safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and to meet physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles from Wilmington, NC; secondary locations Hampstead, NC and Burgaw, NC.
• Schedule availability: Tuesday–Saturday.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.

• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily RTM schedules and priorities for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to the RTM and management team.
• Stay safe and compliant, handling lifting and material movement as required.

Job Description

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.

Serve as the face of the company , delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers

Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI

Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands

Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce

Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores

Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues

Support seasonal sales , new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events

Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team

Stay Safe & Compliant , embracing the physical nature of the role - including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus .
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Wilmington, NC
• Secondary locations: Hampstead, NC l Burgaw, NC
• Schedule availability required: Tuesday- Saturday

Salary and Benefits

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience
