Job Description

Become part of our team to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and managing displays. Represent brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and others.

1. Represent Mondelēz in-store, collaborate with sales reps to maximize product visibility and promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits, capture display photos, and follow DSD merchandising steps.
3. Order products via iPad to maintain stock levels.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented and maintained per guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues.
6. Adhere to daily schedules for efficient service.
7. Support seasonal sales, displays, and product launches.
8. Maintain a positive attitude when representing Mondelēz.
9. Learn more about a day in the life of a merchandiser.

What You Can Expect

• Hourly rate of $17.00

Candidate Profile

• Must be 18+, possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive and perform physical tasks including lifting and moving products.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Weatherford, TX, and be available to work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday starting at 6 am.
