Mondelez International Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Georgia. You will manage in-store merchandising for iconic brands, stock shelves, build displays, and place product orders via iPad using Salesforce to keep shelves full and visible.

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Pooler, GA
• Secondary locations: Springfield, GA
• Schedule availability required: Sunday | Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday | Friday

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and on-brand image.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via Salesforce.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management team.
