Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Order products via iPad for shelves and displays to ensure stock availability.

• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with management.

• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

• Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude in stores.

• Hourly rate from $15.00 to $18.00 based on experience.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently

• Able to drive your vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed)

• Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs regularly, occasionally over 50 lbs, moving products, stocking shelves

• Retail/grocery experience is a plus

• Reside within 25-35 miles of Shelby, NC or Kings Mountain, NC

• Availability: Monday-Friday
