Mondelēz International in Princeton, NJ is hiring a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support shelf visibility, stock levels, and promotional displays. You will visit stores, capture photos as part of Merchandising Steps, and place product orders via iPad to keep shelves in stock.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated; able to work independently.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with staff and build displays.
• Visit stores per Merchandising Steps and photograph displays.
• Order product via iPad to keep shelves stocked.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and displayed per guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues.
• Follow merchandising manager’s daily schedule for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal displays and support product launches.
• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining orchangingoutdisplays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with salesrepresentativesto optimizethe visibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves andto constructpromotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz,belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among others) are well represented,stocked,and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Ensure Sales Representative’snegotiated planswith store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’management team.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstratepositiveand upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities likerepetitive lifting,bending,andcarrying up to 25 lbs.Occasionally,pushingandpullingover50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock roomsto store floorand stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Princeton, MN

• Secondary location : St. Cloud, MN

• Schedule availability required: Open availability-at least one weekend day

• Start time: 06:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $17.00 to $19.50 based on relevant experience.
