Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to execute in-store brand displays, stock shelves, and drive visibility for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will travel to Fort Worth area stores, build relationships with store personnel, and ensure products are in stock using Salesforce.
You should be at least 18 with a valid driver's license and be able to lift up to 25 lbs; prior retail experience is a plus.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
- Able to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally moving up to 50 lbs.
- Retail / grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25 miles of Fort Worth, TX; secondary location North Richland Hills, TX.
- Schedule: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sun; start 05:00 AM.
Responsibilities
- Represent Mondelēz in-store and be the face of the brands.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
- Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI using Salesforce.
- Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
- Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
- Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
- Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving product.

- Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
- Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
- Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM‑negotiated plans with the stores
- Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues

- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self‑motivated and can work independently.
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Fort Worth, TX
- Secondary locations: North Richland Hills, TX
- Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday; Start by 05:00 AM
Salary and Benefits: Hourly compensation rate ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience
