Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support in-store execution for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will stock shelves, build displays, place orders via iPad, and coordinate with store teams to ensure products stay in stock.

Based in Harrisonburg, VA with proximity to Elkton and Luray, you will visit multiple stores daily, follow RTM plans, and participate in seasonal launches while maintaining safety standards and customer

A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. • Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands

Day in the Life of a Mondelez Merchandiser

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to the store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Harrisonburg, VA
• Secondary locations: Elkton, VA, Luray, VA
• Schedule availability required: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

Salary and Benefits: Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience
