Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Become part of our team as a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer, fulfilling merchandising needs through effective communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to enhance product visibility and promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits following Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing display pictures.
3. Order products via iPad to ensure shelves and displays are stocked.
4. Maintain the representation and stock levels of leading brands according to Mondelez guidelines.
5. Ensure adherence to negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
6. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
7. Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while in-store.

• Hourly rate: $18.00 - $19.00, based on experience

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Self-motivated with a professional attitude, able to work independently
• Able to drive to various store locations, with mileage reimbursement
• Capable of physical work, including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and over 50 lbs occasionally
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Randallstown, MD, or secondary locations in MD
• Availability: Monday to Friday
