Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States is hiring a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support in-store merchandising, stock shelves, and build displays for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

You will visit stores, take display photos, use an iPad to order stock, follow Mondelēz guidelines, coordinate with sales reps, and work a Monday–Friday schedule starting early in the morning.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Onalaska, WI; secondary location La Crosse, WI.
• Schedule Monday–Friday; start time 06:00 AM–08:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores and work with sales reps to optimize visibility and displays.
• Carry out in-store visits per DSD Merchandising Steps; capture display photos.
• Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented and stocked.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Follow the daily merchandising schedule for efficient store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining orchangingoutdisplays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with salesrepresentativesto optimizethe visibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves andto constructpromotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz,belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among others) are well represented,stocked,and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Ensure Sales Representative’snegotiated planswith store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’management team.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstratepositiveand upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities likerepetitive lifting,bending,andcarrying up to 25 lbs.Occasionally,pushingandpullingover50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock roomsto store floorand stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Onalaska, WI

• Secondary location : La Crosse, WI

• Schedule availability required: Monday-Friday

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $17.00 to $19.50 based on relevant experience/
