Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to stock shelves, build promotional displays, and place orders using an iPad. You will represent iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit while collaborating with store teams to maximize visibility and in-stock conditions.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid REAL ID or US passport, and can drive a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ with valid REAL ID or US passport.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Terre Haute or Greencastle, IN.
• Work schedule includes Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise in-store with attention to displays and stock levels.
• Place product orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and displayed per guidelines.
• Visit stores according to Merchandising schedule and capture display photos.
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives to follow negotiated plans.

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining orchangingoutdisplays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with salesrepresentativesto optimizethe visibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves andto constructpromotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz,belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among others) are well represented,stocked,and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Ensure Sales Representative’snegotiated planswith store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’management team.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstratepositiveand upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver’s license (issued by the state in which the person resides), U.S. passport, or federal ID.This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities likerepetitive lifting,bending,andcarrying up to 25 lbs.Occasionally,pushingandpullingover50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock roomsto store floorand stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Terre Haute, IN

• Secondary locations: Greencastle, IN

• Schedule availability required: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 based on relevant experience
