Mondelēz International in Glenshaw, PA is looking for a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to stock shelves, set up displays, and place orders via iPad to keep products in stock. The role emphasizes face-to-face customer service and maintaining brand presence in-store.

You will build relationships with store personnel, follow RTM plans, and assist with seasonal launches, lifting up to 50 lbs as needed. Training provided; Monday–Friday schedule with early start times.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license from your state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks: lift, bend, and move up to 25 lbs; may push/pull over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of the brands.
• Provide outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos, and manage stock using Salesforce and DMI processes.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility and execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays following RTM plans and ensure compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to the RTM and management team.
• Stay safe and compliant with the physical nature of the work.

A Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store - building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. • Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Glenshaw, PA
• Secondary locations: Gibsonia, PA
• Schedule availability required: Monday-Friday
• Start Time: 6:00am -7:00am

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience
