Mondelez International in Florence, KY is hiring a Full-Time Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! to life in stores.

You will conduct daily store visits, stock shelves, build displays, and place orders via iPad using Salesforce, all while delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers. The role requires physical activity, weekend availability, and living within 25–35 miles of Florence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willing to work weekends and have open availability.
• Live within 25-35 miles from Florence, KY.

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelez in-store with professionalism and positivity to be the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe & compliant with physical aspects of the role.

• Represent Mondelēzin-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face ofthese iconic brands/ownerof the biscuit aisle.

• Serve as the face of the company,delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers

• Execute dailystore visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via DMI

• Build andmaintainstrong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands

• Order productvia iPad tomaintainin-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce

• Implement promotional displaysand ensure compliance with your RTM-negotiated plans with the stores

• Follow daily schedulesand priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues

• Support seasonal sales,new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events

• Communicatestore-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team

• Stay Safe &Compliant,embracingthe physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities likerepetitive lifting,bending,andcarrying up to 25 lbs.Occasionally,pushingandpulling over50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock roomsto store floorand stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Florence, KY

• Secondary locations: Newport, Cold Springs, Independence & Hebron

• Schedule availability required: open availability and 1 weekend day

• Start Time: 06:00 AM.

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $15.90 to $17.90 based on relevant experience.
