Job summary

Mondelez International in Downingtown, PA is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in retail. You will stock shelves, build displays, take photos, and place orders via iPad using Salesforce, ensuring in-stock conditions and visibility of Oreo, Ritz, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit.

You will develop strong store partnerships, follow RTM plans, and support seasonal launches while maintaining safety and physical readiness throughout daily field work.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license for the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or you can earn your GED while gaining skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; sometimes moving up to 50 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles range from the primary location: Downingtown, PA; secondary locations Exton & Newtown Square.
• Schedule availability required: off Sat & Mon.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos using DMI and Salesforce.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order products via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure planogram alignment with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to the RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, lifting and moving products as required.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Serve as the face of the company:delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily:store visits following Mondelēz’Direct Store Delivery (DSD)Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, viadigital merchandising initiative(DMI)
• Build andmaintain:strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Order product:via iPad tomaintainin-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays:and ensure compliance with yourRetail Territory Manager (RTM)-negotiated plans with the stores
• Follow daily schedules:and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales:new product launches, andhigh visibilitymerchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
• Stay Safe & Compliant:embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Requirements Include:
