Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team as a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.

Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

Order products via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.

Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’s guidelines.

Ensure that sales plans negotiated with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’s management team.

Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.

Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Hourly compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on relevant experience.

Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, possessing a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, a high school diploma or GED preferred, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Physical activities include repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, with occasional pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.

Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus. Candidates should live within 25-35 miles of Lemay, MO, with availability Tuesday-Saturday.
