Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support in-store merchandising for leading brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, and more. You will stock shelves, build promotional displays, and place orders to ensure in-stock conditions while representing the brands with enthusiasm.

You will visit stores according to the DSD merchandising steps, take photos of displays, and collaborate with sales reps to optimize visibility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Capable of repetitive lifting and physical activity as described.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with staff and collaborate with sales reps to optimize product visibility.
• Conduct in-store visits following DSD merchandising steps and photograph displays.
• Place orders via iPad to keep shelves stocked and displays ready.
• Ensure Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) are well represented and stocked.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to Mondelēz management.
• Adhere to the merchandising manager’s daily schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Improve seasonal sales with displays and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Join our team ofFull Time NabiscoMerchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, andmaintainingorchangingoutdisplays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz,belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with salesrepresentativestooptimizethe visibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves andto constructpromotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz,belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among others) are well represented,stocked,andmaintainedthrough the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Ensure Sales Representative’snegotiated planswith store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’management team.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstratepositiveand upbeat attitude whilerepresentingMondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the personresides.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to performhard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities likerepetitive lifting,bending,andcarrying up to 25 lbs.Occasionally,pushingandpulling over50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock roomsto store floorand stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previousretail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25miles range from the primary location: Watertown, SD

• Secondary locations: Brookings, SD

• Schedule availabilityrequired: Sunday-Thursday
