Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Algonquin, IL. You will stock shelves, build displays, and order products to ensure in-store availability of Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other brands.

You'll represent Mondelez with store staff, follow planned promotions, and support seasonal launches. Requires a drive-ready, self-motivated personality; 18+ with valid license; typical hours Tue-Sat, 7:00 AM start.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Algonquin, IL.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with insurance.
• Previous retail/grocery experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores and optimize product visibility.
• Perform in-store visits and photograph displays.
• Order product via iPad to maintain shelf stock.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are represented and maintained.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues.
• Support seasonal displays and new product launches.

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining orchangingoutdisplays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands likeOreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with salesrepresentativesto optimizethe visibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves andto constructpromotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz,belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among others) are well represented,stocked,and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’snegotiated planswith store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstratepositiveand upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehiclewith valid insurance coverageto a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities likerepetitive lifting,bending,andcarrying up to 25 lbs.Occasionally,pushingandpullingover50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock roomsto store floorand stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Algonquin, IL

• Secondary locations: Elgin, IL

• Schedule availability required: Tuesday - Saturday | Start time: 07:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Salary and Benefits:
