Qualifications

• Current, valid state phlebotomy license, if applicable.
• Current, valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Maintains sterile, sanitary conditions to prevent contamination.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicle to client facilities as directed by dispatcher.
• Unload phlebotomy supplies and collect samples.
• Accurately identify patients before collecting specimens.
