Daily Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects per Lowe's standards
• Verify and prepare buyback items for shipping
• Maintain wayfinding and signage accuracy
• Ensure product pricing visibility and replace missing labels
• Assist in staging clearance products and setting up displays
• Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays
• Communicate project updates with team and managers
• Analyze performance metrics and provide feedback

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• Good communication and listening skills
• Ability to use web-based computer programs
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
• Lift at least 25 lbs unassisted

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on Lowe's sales floor or with product merchandising
