Role Overview

As a Lowe's Merchandising Services Associate, you are a key connection point between Merchandising and Store Operations, enabling us to deliver a great shopping experience. You will build displays and implement strategies to showcase in-demand products, working with our Merchandising Services Team.

Daily Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising resets and service projects according to Lowe's standards.
• Verify and prepare buyback items for shipping.
• Maintain signage and digital information throughout the store.
• Ensure product pricing is visible and accurate.
• Assist in staging clearance products and maintaining displays.
• Repair or replace damaged signage, merchandise, and displays.
• Communicate project priorities with the team and manager.
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally and listen effectively.
• Proficiency with web-based computer programs.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods.
• Lift at least 25 lbs unassisted.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on Lowe's sales floor or with product merchandising.
• Experience operating power equipment and using tools.
