Job Overview

The Merchandiser is responsible for presenting products attractively at retail locations, servicing multiple accounts by merchandising approved products, following safety and quality guidelines, and communicating effectively with store management and cross-functional teams.

Routes and Schedule

Routes will service: Summerville and North Charleston, SC.

Schedule: 5am - 6am start time until route completion; must work weekends. Two days off during the week, varying by store route.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on displays and shelves.
2. Move products from backroom to display areas.
3. Set up point of sale materials, rotate products, and check vendor operations.
4. Organize back room, manage pallets, shells, damaged and expired products.
5. Build and maintain business relationships with store personnel.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

1. Effective communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
2. Customer service experience preferred.
3. Interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).
5. Reliability and independence with minimal supervision.
6. Critical thinking skills.
7. Company-provided cell phone.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Valid in-state driver’s license.
