Job summary

Schwan's Company is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to cover the Sterling Heights and Troy areas. You will help ensure our popular pizza brands and desserts are stocked and properly displayed in grocery stores, building visibility and availability for shoppers.

The role offers $20 per hour with a schedule Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, along with benefits and opportunities for advancement. You will merchandise, rotate products, build displays, and provide strong customer service

Qualifications

Grocery experience required.
Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18+ years old.
Ability to lift 35 pounds and move frozen products.
Access to a smartphone for company tech requirements.
Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

Ensure Company brands are stocked and well-represented in assigned stores.
Merchandise and rotate product.
Build and maintain product displays.
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with store personnel.
Communicate effectively with co-workers.
