Schwan's Company in San Jose is hiring immediately for full-time Merchandisers to ensure products are stocked and well-represented on store shelves. You will work with popular brands like Red Baron, Tony's, Freschetta pizza, Mrs.

Smith's and Edwards desserts, bibigo and Pagoda snacks. You will receive $20 per hour, a Thu-Sun-Mon schedule, plus benefits such as Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance (if 30 hours per week), paid vacation, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Grocery experience
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements

Responsibilities

• Ensure Company brands are stocked and well-represented in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Build and maintain product displays
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with store personnel
• Communicate effectively with co-workers
