Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is hiring immediately for full-time Merchandisers. The role involves ensuring products are available on store shelves for shoppers and building compelling displays. You will stock, rotate, and maintain brand presence while delivering excellent service to store personnel.

Benefits include health/dental/vision and life insurance (if 30 hours/week), paid vacation, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Schedule is Thursday through Monday, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Able to lift 35 pounds and move frozen products.
• Access to a smartphone to support company technology requirements.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

• Ensure Company brands are stocked and well-represented in assigned stores
• Merchandise and rotate product
• Build and maintain product displays
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with store personnel
• Communicate effectively with co-workers

What We Look For

• Grocery experience
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products using appropriate equipment
• Access to a smartphone with the ability to support company technology requirements
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
