Job summary

Jacent, the leading cross-merchandising impulse product company in North America, seeks merchandisers to place products, build displays, and collaborate with store personnel in Naperville and nearby areas. Expect daytime hours, a predictable schedule, and mileage/travel time paid between stores.

Eligible candidates are self-starters who adapt to changing environments, enjoy working independently or in teams, and can meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for

Qualifications

• Self-starter able to learn quickly.
• Comfortable working both independently and in a team.
• Able to adapt to changing environments.
• Must meet physical requirements: stand/walk 3–8 hrs, lift up to 50 lbs, crouch, bend.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Resides within 15 miles of Naperville, IL 60563; servicing Aurora and West Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with in-store management.
• Execute merchandising resets.
• Merchandise impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
• Standing and walking 3-8hrs
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Resides within 15 miles of NAPERVILLE, IL 60563. ALSO SERVICING AURORA and WEST CHICAGO, IL 60185.
