Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a compassionate Full-Time team member for Memory Care support in Scottsdale, AZ. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities, transporting them to events, and promptly responding to emergencies while maintaining safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR certification is required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.

Responsibilities

• May be asked to provide non hands-on assistance to residents in Memory Care, Assisted Living, or both.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner

Skills
