Job summary

Lincolnshire Place of Sycamore is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our full-time healthcare team. We prioritize a nurturing environment and individualized patient care for memory care residents.

As an RN or LPN, you will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to develop care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license (RN or LPN) required.
• Experience collaborating with physicians, therapists, and social workers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and develop nursing care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments and medications.
• Assist with medical procedures and maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and health management strategies.
• Participate in patient assessments and contribute to individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families during difficult times.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices in all nursing activities.
